* If possible, reuse the original packaging for shipping. If not, you can use another packaging, ensuring that the product is well preserved.

* The product must be in perfect condition and retain the original labels.

* Returns cannot be made if the order was received more than 30 days ago.

From November to January we extend this period to 60 days since we understand that many of the purchases are for gifts.

- Follow the instructions, we will send you a label by email that you must show to the courier or courier.

- Deliver the package to the courier or to the Post Office.

- If you have requested a return, once we receive the package we will refund the money, subtracting the €5 from the service. You will receive a notification by email.

- If you have requested a size change, once we receive the package we will send you the new size.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

To return an item purchased from IAIOS you only have to contact a courier company or the Post Office and send the item to the address detailed above. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer who wants to make the return. In the event that the item sent was defective, IAIOS would assume the full shipping cost for its exchange and/or return. 

 

How will I receive the amount of my refund? 

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same account from which you made the payment.  


When will I receive my refund?

When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. You will be able to see the amount in your bank account in about 2 or 3 business days.


What if the amount of the refund made was incorrect?

If this were to happen, contact us at info@iaios.com. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. 

 

If I receive the product incorrectly?

In case IAIOS has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at info@iaios.com for return and/or exchange. In this case, IAIOS will assume the costs of both shipping and return. In the case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free, the customer must also assume the return shipping costs. Returns with postage due will not be accepted.
