* The product must be in perfect condition and keep the original labels.

* Returns cannot be made if the order was received more than 30 days ago.

From November to January we extend this period to 60 days since we understand that many of the purchases are for gifts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

To return an item purchased at IAIOS you only have to contact a courier company or Correos and send the item to the address detailed above. The shipping costs will be paid by the customer who wants to make the return. In the event that the item sent is defective, IAIOS will assume the full cost of shipping for exchange and / or return. 

 

How will I receive my refund? 

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount in the same account from which you made the payment.  


When will I receive my refund?

When we check that the items are in perfect condition and with the tags, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be credited to your account. You will be able to see the amount in your bank account in about 2 to 3 working days.


What if the amount of the refund is incorrect?

If this should happen, please contact us at info@iaios.com. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. 

 

If I receive the product incorrectly?

In case IAIOS has sent by mistake a different item than the one ordered or the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at info@iaios.com for the return and/or exchange. In this case, IAIOS will bear the costs of both shipping and return. In case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. No freight collect returns will be accepted.
