FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

To return an item purchased at IAIOS you only have to contact a courier company or Post Office and send us the article to the address previously detailed. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer who wants to make the refund. In case the item sent was defective, IAIOS would assume the total cost of the shipment for its change and / or return. 

 

How will I receive my refund? 

Once the refund has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same account from which you made the payment.  


When will I receive my refund?

When we check that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be credited to your account. You will be able to see the amount in your bank account within 2 to 3 working days.


What if the amount of the refund is incorrect?

If this happened, contact us at info@iaios.com. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible. 

 

If I receive the product incorrectly?

In the event that IAIOS has sent an article other than the one requested in error or that the quality of the item sent is not appropriate, please contact us at info@iaios.com for the return and / or exchange. In this case, IAIOS will assume the costs of both shipping and return. In the case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer will also have to assume the transportation costs of the refund. Returns to ports due will not be accepted.
