About the elderly person who gives this jersey its name

Joan Carulla
The grandfather of green roofs (1923) Juneda, Lleida

Perhaps not everyone knows that the grandfather of the green roofs saved his life 12 times during the war, the same war that turned him into a vegetarian, not only out of necessity, but also out of conviction. But Joan had already had his first intuition at the age of 10 when he understood that "the food of the future should necessarily be vegetarian." And probably for that reason, he was the first to cultivate his own garden on the roof of his house in the Horta neighbourhood. Needless to say, his experience and conviction were the seed for many others who would come later. Joan has spent his life sharing his knowledge as an urban farmer, about the rational food of the future and the universal sense of good. "The most important harvest for the farmer is this exchange of vibrations with plants... They are so noble that they only give us positive vibrations, and on top of that they eliminate our poisons and our emissions..." But as a child he had another idea: to be a "generator of love." Someone who loves others unconditionally, without expecting anything in return, but who generates a reaction. “When you do good, you generate love and receive a feeling of happiness and inner peace. To love, to give thanks, to not be proud. Perhaps this is the secret of my longevity.”

Men's or unisex knitted sweater in black and white with green and red stripes that give it a modern touch. The design is inspired by the jerseys of the 80s in the USA. It is an original design perfect for setting style this winter.

*For reference, the model is 1,78 cm tall and wears size L.
