Repair of IAIOS
If your jersey IAIOS is old, we can fix it.
Repair in 3 steps
1. Neck change
If the collar has given out, we unpick it and put on a new one.
2. Removal of balls
We pass the machine to remove the balls that may have caused the "peeling".
3. Washing and ironing
We wash and iron the sweater before delivering it to the customer.

What does the repair consist of?
The repair service consists of the following:

When will I get my sweater back?
We will start shipping at the end of July. We will contact you by e-mail to let you know.
Can I deliver the jersey to the store?
Yes, you can deliver or pick up your jersey only at our store.
C/ Santa Esperança, 7 Granollers. In this case the cost will be 9€ and you will have to pay it at the store.
What if my sweater has other defects?
You can contact us to explain your case and we will try to offer you the best solution.
Can I repair sweaters of other brands?
No. We can only take care of the sweaters brand IAIOS for which we have the appropriate machinery.
On what dates can I use this service?
During the months of May and June we will pick up the garments and return them repaired during August. We will contact you when the sweater is ready.
We cannot specify dates, but if you are in a hurry you can write to us and we will try to help you.
Circular design
We design sweaters so that they do not become waste.

We avoid zippers, buttons and other accessories that make it difficult to recycle the garment.

Our sweaters are made from 100% regenerated wool, so we can recycle it again without having to separate materials.
