This building was constructed in 1990, inspired by the old textile factories. 80% of the materials used in the construction are from our region. Thus, for example, the exposed brickwork of walls and walls is made of a Lliçà vault and the floor is made by Mosaics Bachs from Granollers.

DRACS was initially a clothing store and had a cultural space where activities for young people were held. In 2008 it had to close for several reasons including the irruption of multinationals in the city and the closure of the cultural space (following a complaint).

The property remained closed for years until 2016 when we decided to reopen the doors of this beautiful building in the city. The idea was to open a different store, bringing together design, proximity and quality products. And said and done: everything you will find in DRACS are products with a nice story behind, small projects but with soul and values, and all of them made in the Iberian Peninsula.

The proposal was a success. DRACS has been awarded with the best commercial initiative of Catalonia in 2017 and today receives visitors from all over Catalonia who come to buy products with value or just to be curious.

In Dracs we can find only products with social and ecological responsibility. But also all of them have a great value of design, craftsmanship or tradition. All of them have been delicately chosen for their values and for the history behind them. For this reason, entering Dracs is like entering an exhibition of products with soul, with beautiful stories that are worth knowing. We invite you to visit the store and ask us about the history of our products. We will explain all the details and curiosities. After all DRACS, more than a store is a school of conscious consumption.

Upstairs we have a space we call School of Life where we do activities, workshops and courses of all kinds. And on the top floor we have the IAIOS studio, a wonderful space where we work, design and meet to work on our sweaters.

In DRACS we compensate the energy consumed with 3 solar trackers installed in the Navés Photovoltaic Park. In addition, 90% of the industrialists, professionals and service companies we work with are from the region.
